Privacy policy

Who is responsible

Pigmentoria (pigmentoria.com). For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we keep

Only what you give us when you sign up: your email address, the language of the page and the date, and the form you signed up from.

Your own browser also keeps your address and how many palettes you have copied today, so you are not asked again. That stays on your device, never reaches us, and goes away if you clear your browser data.

What we use it for

If you sign up for the weekly palette, to send you one email a week with palettes from the atlas and what is new on Pigmentoria.

If you leave your address at the «Copy palette» button, to send you the palette of the week as well (the form says so) and to let you copy palettes on that device.

If you ask us to tell you about the full collections, to write to you when they go on sale.

If you left it at that button before 27 October 2026, we will write to you only once, when the full collections go on sale.

We never sell, rent or share your address, nor use it for anyone else’s advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was sent before.

Who else is involved

Emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service that handles your address only on our behalf and for that purpose. It may process it outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the Regulation requires.

How long we keep it

For as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe we stop writing to you; if you also ask us to delete your address, we delete it.

How to unsubscribe

Every email ends with a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to [email protected].

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or take away your data by writing to [email protected]. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority where you live.

Analytics and links

To know how many people visit the site we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, and Aizen Analytics. Some links go to Amazon as an affiliate: if you follow them, Amazon’s own terms and cookies apply.
